System Requirements
Section titled “System Requirements”MeetCue is a web-based platform — no installation required. You can access it from any device that meets the requirements below.
For the Admin Dashboard

For Podium Display Screens
Section titled “For Podium Display Screens”No additional software is needed on the display device. A web browser is all you need.

About Podium Screen Updates
Section titled “About Podium Screen Updates”Podium screens automatically check for updates every 5-60 seconds using ETag-based polling. Update timing may vary depending on internet speed and server load. For smooth speaker transitions, publish changes a few seconds early.
For Email Notifications
Section titled “For Email Notifications”Invitation emails and password resets require SMTP email server access. This is configured by your system administrator.
Network Requirements
Section titled “Network Requirements”- HTTPS (port 443) access to the MeetCue server
- Podium devices can be on any network as long as they have internet access — they don’t need to be on the same network as the admin dashboard
