First Login

Logging In

1. Go to the MeetCue login page (/auth/login)
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your password
4. Click Sign In

On success, you’ll be redirected to the Dashboard.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If 2FA is enabled on your account, you’ll see an extra step after entering your password.

1. Open Google Authenticator or Authy on your phone
2. Enter the 6-digit code generated for MeetCue
3. Click Verify

If you haven’t set up 2FA yet, see Two-Factor Authentication.

Forgot Password

1. Click “Forgot Password” on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Click the reset link in your email
4. Set your new password

The password reset link is valid for 1 hour. If it expires, repeat the process.

After First Login

First-time users may see an onboarding flow where you can:

• Set your organization name and logo
• Create your first event
• Configure system settings

You can skip these steps and go directly to the dashboard if you prefer to set them up later.
