Podiums
Section titled “Podiums”
A podium represents a physical display screen in your venue — a TV, monitor, or projection screen. You define one podium per physical screen in MeetCue.
Podium Fields

| Orientation | LANDSCAPE or PORTRAIT |
| Location | Optional description of physical location |
Orientations
Section titled “Orientations”Landscape
Section titled “Landscape”Standard horizontal orientation for most TVs and monitors. Content is displayed in widescreen format.
Portrait
Section titled “Portrait”Vertical orientation for screens mounted in portrait mode or tablets. Ideal for lobby displays and narrow screens.
The Podium URL
Section titled “The Podium URL”Every podium has a unique URL. Opening this URL on any device’s browser turns that device into a live podium display screen.
https://yourdomain.com/display/[podium-id]Keep this browser tab open to keep the screen live. Any updates published from the Control Panel will appear on this screen automatically.
Multiple Podiums
Section titled “Multiple Podiums”You can define as many podiums as your subscription plan allows. Each is managed independently — you could have:
- Main Hall — Primary speaker display
- Lobby — Welcome screen
- Side Room — Secondary session display
