Control Panel (Reji)
Section titled “Control Panel (Reji)”
The Control Panel (called “Reji” in Turkish) is the live event command center. During an event, the stage coordinator or technical operator uses this screen to control all podium displays.
What the Control Panel Does
Section titled “What the Control Panel Does”- Sets which event is currently active
- Selects which speaker appears on podium screens
- Changes the background image
- Pushes all updates to podium screens with a single Publish button
Main Controls
Section titled “Main Controls”Event Selection
Section titled “Event Selection”At the top of the panel, select the active event. You can’t update speakers without selecting an event first.
Speaker Selection
Section titled “Speaker Selection”Speakers linked to the selected event appear in a list or card grid. Click a speaker to select them.
Background Management
Section titled “Background Management”Upload a background image for the podium screen, or choose from previously uploaded images. Different events can have different backgrounds.
Publish Button
Section titled “Publish Button”Once you’ve made your selections, click Publish. This:
- Sets the selected speaker as active
- Applies the background image
- Sends the update to all connected podium screens
Podium screens update within a few seconds.
Who Can Access the Control Panel?
Section titled “Who Can Access the Control Panel?”Users with the Admin role can access the Control Panel. Normal and Report users do not have access.
