Organization Management
Section titled “Organization Management”
MeetCue supports multiple organizations. This allows you to manage several independent entities or event departments under a single account.
What is an Organization?
Section titled “What is an Organization?”An organization is the top-level structure in MeetCue. Each organization has its own:
- Events
- Podiums
- User team
- Settings and logo
A single user can be a member of multiple organizations with different roles in each.
Organization Settings
Section titled “Organization Settings”Go to Settings → Organization in the sidebar to configure:

| Organization Name | Name shown throughout the system |
| Logo | Used in display configuration |
| Website | Organization’s web address (optional) |
| Timezone | Ensures event dates display correctly |
Switching Organizations
Section titled “Switching Organizations”If you belong to multiple organizations, click your organization name in the top-right corner to switch. Each organization’s data is fully independent.
Creating a New Organization
Section titled “Creating a New Organization”Multi-organization support is available on the Enterprise plan. To create a new org:
- Go to Organizations in the sidebar (Super Admin access required)
- Click + New Organization
- Enter name, logo, and settings
- Save
Organization Users
Section titled “Organization Users”Each organization has its own user list. To add a user, follow the Inviting Users guide.
