Speakers

Speakers belong to events and represent the presenters who will appear on podium screens.

PhotoProfile or headshot photo shown on screen
BioShort biography or introduction (optional)

Speakers appear on the Control Panel in their list order. To reorder them:

  1. Grab the drag handle on the left of a speaker card
  2. Drag it to the desired position
  3. Release — the order is saved automatically

This is useful for pre-setting the speaking schedule before the event starts.

Each speaker has an active/inactive toggle:

  • Active: Can be selected in the Control Panel and shown on screen
  • Inactive: Visible in the list but not selectable for display

Use inactive for speakers who are registered but won’t take the podium.

While an event is running, switch speakers from the Control Panel:

  1. Go to Control Panel
  2. Select the event
  3. Click the speaker you want to show
  4. Click Publish

The podium screen updates within a few seconds.
