Section titled “What do I need to start using MeetCue?”A valid MeetCue account and an internet connection. Go to Events → + New Event to create your first event.
What devices work as podium screens?
Section titled “What devices work as podium screens?”Any device running Chrome can be a podium screen: TVs, monitors, tablets, laptops, or mini PCs. No special hardware required.
How many podiums can I manage at once?
Section titled “How many podiums can I manage at once?”Depends on your plan: 2 on Free, 20 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise.
How quickly does a speaker change appear on screen?
Section titled “How quickly does a speaker change appear on screen?”Changes typically appear within 5-15 seconds. Timing varies based on internet speed and server load.
What happens if the internet connection drops?
Section titled “What happens if the internet connection drops?”The podium screen keeps showing the last content. When connectivity is restored, it automatically fetches the latest published content.
Events and Speakers

Section titled “How many speakers can I add to an event?”Up to 10 on Free, 100 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise.
Can I add speakers while an event is live?
Section titled “Can I add speakers while an event is live?”Yes. Newly added speakers appear in the Control Panel immediately.
Is a speaker photo required?
Section titled “Is a speaker photo required?”No, photo is optional. If no photo is uploaded, only the name, title, and company are shown on screen.
Technical Questions

Section titled “Where do I find the podium URL?”On the Podiums page, each podium shows its URL. Click the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard.
Can I open the same podium URL on multiple devices?
Section titled “Can I open the same podium URL on multiple devices?”Yes. All devices showing the same URL update simultaneously when you publish.
Account and Security
Section titled “Account and Security”I forgot my password. What do I do?
Section titled “I forgot my password. What do I do?”Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your email. The link is valid for 1 hour.
Can I require 2FA for all users?
Section titled “Can I require 2FA for all users?”This can be configured by a system administrator. Contact your technical team for details.
How long can I use the free plan?
Section titled “How long can I use the free plan?”The free plan has no time limit — only event, podium, and user counts are restricted.
Can I delete my account?
Section titled “Can I delete my account?”Contact the support team to request account deletion.
