The podium screen keeps showing the last content. When connectivity is restored, it automatically fetches the latest published content.

Can I add speakers while an event is live?

Yes. Newly added speakers appear in the Control Panel immediately.

No, photo is optional. If no photo is uploaded, only the name, title, and company are shown on screen.


On the Podiums page, each podium shows its URL. Click the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard.

Can I open the same podium URL on multiple devices?

Yes. All devices showing the same URL update simultaneously when you publish.


Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your email. The link is valid for 1 hour.

This can be configured by a system administrator. Contact your technical team for details.

The free plan has no time limit — only event, podium, and user counts are restricted.
