Display Configuration
Section titled “Display Configuration”
You can customize the podium screen’s appearance to match your organization’s branding.
Accessing Display Settings
Section titled “Accessing Display Settings”Go to Control Panel → Display Settings section.
Background
Section titled “Background”Background Image
Section titled “Background Image”Upload your corporate slide or event visual as the screen background.
- Recommended size: 1920×1080 px (Full HD) for landscape, 1080×1920 px for portrait
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
Background Color
Section titled “Background Color”Alternatively, set a solid background color instead of an image.
Text Settings
Section titled “Text Settings”| Setting | Options |

| Text Color | Any color via color picker |
| Text Position | Top, Center, Bottom |
| Text Size | Small, Medium, Large |
| Font Family | Selection of system fonts |
Logo Display
Section titled “Logo Display”Show your organization’s logo on the podium screen:
- Enable the Show Logo toggle
- Upload your logo image (transparent PNG recommended)
- Set its position
Applying Changes
Section titled “Applying Changes”All design changes take effect only after clicking Publish. Use a test podium to preview before a live event.
- Use high-contrast text colors relative to the background (audience reads from a distance)
- Test all design settings before the event starts
- Check that speaker photos look good against your chosen background
